Vins El Cep, OT Negre de Terrer 2022

Vins El Cep, winegrowers since 1448, were born from the union of four families & wine estates. Since 1980, they have been producing unique, high quality wines in Catalunya, Spain. Located in the Costers de l’Anoia, in Can Llopart de les Alzines, they are pioneers in both organic and biodynamic winemaking. OT Negre de Terrer 2022 is made from a blend of Tempranillo, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Syrah. Despite these heavy-hitting grapes, the wine is refreshingly medium bodied and silky, with well-rounded tannins and medium alcohol too. Expect bright notes of plum, black cherry, chocolate and oak; a super food-friendly wine which is equally at home with poultry or heartier red meats.
